Paul Audycki, P.T. 
Paul Audycki graduated from Ithaca College in 1986 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and founded Rochester Sports and Physical Therapy in 1990.  His work experience includes two years of acute care, three years of sports medicine and over 15 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.   Paul specializes in functional rehabilitation incorporating a variety of therapeutic activites to improve functional mobility.  Paul's extensive continuing education experiences include McKenzie rehabilitiation, Gary Gray functional rehabilitation, the Atlanta Back School, and sports medicine training.  Paul is on the board of directors at the Flower City Down Syndrome Network and on the physical therapy advisory board of the Rochester Individual Practice Association.
 
Marci Scally, M.S., P.T.
Marci Scally earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2005. Her background experience includes outpatient orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric physical therapy. Marci’s seven-year varsity high school coaching experience and her participation in collegiate athletics has contributed to her expertise in training young female athletes. Marci utilizes a comprehensive approach to examination and treatment for various orthopedic conditions. Marci is an active member of the APTA.

Heather Carvill-Henry, M.S., P.T.

Heather Carvill-Henry earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester and began her practice with Rochester Sports and Physical Therapy in 2002. Heather’s experience as a multi-sport collegiate athlete has contributed to her expertise in training athletes at all skill levels. Heather utilizes a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation for a variety of orthopedic conditions. Her experience includes women’s health training, Gary Gray techniques, and myofascial release procedures to relieve pain and restore function. Her experience in functional rehabilitation programs help people of all ages return to their normal lifestyle and maintain independence.

Barbara Switzer, Office Manager
Barbara has an extensive history in office managing.  She has more than 20 years experience in the arena of health care and has been with Rochester Sports and Physical Therapy almost from its inception.  She is responsible for billing for both offices and can answer even the most difficult insurance needs.  Barb works closely with Kathie in our Greece clinic and Jessica in our Henrietta clinic to see that your insurance paperwork is in order.

Kathie Griffin, Insurance specialist, receptionist
Kathie worked for years with the Greece School District before joining our team in 2001.  She has become an expert in answering questions involving insurance coverage and in ensuring that your eligibility for physical therapy stays current.  From contacting your doctor's office to making sure your therapist has the paperwork in order, Kathie does the "behind the scenes" work to allow you to focus on getting better, and  minimizing the hassle.
