Our goal is to design and implement individualized care plans to help facilitate the achievement of your personal goals.
What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is the care and service provided by a physical therapist. Physical therapists evaluate a client’s condition and then plan and administer treatments to promote optimal health.
Physical therapists provide services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from surgery, injury, disease, the aging process, or other causes. Physical therapists are an integral component of preventative, restorative, and maintenance medicine.
Examples of services include therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.
